Twitter announced a new functionnality : the « Hovercards ».
Basically, on twitter.com, when you hover over a username or avatar; the cards will display information about that person and allow you to interact.
Very good idea !
Seesmic has implemented it several months ago in seesmic web, and it's very useful!
